If you sign up and put a deposit down in February 2012 (for package 2, or 3) you will receive your wedding video in a digital form (on a usb drive you provide) for your wedding and you will also get to give your weddings guests a “Thank You” video for FREE! The thank you video will include you saying some sort of message to your guests thanking them for being there. You choose up to 10 minutes of your wedding video to be uploaded to a private youtube video that you can share with anyone (through email, facebook, or twitter). So you can get to thank them through a video and you can share some of the memories of your day with them.

I have been receiving some questions regarding High Definition videos. All 3 camera’s that I own & use can shoot HD footage. I do not have a Blu-Ray burner at the moment meaning that I can shoot your video in HD but it won’t be in ‘true HD’ because it’s not on a blu-ray disk which shows HD footage. I am still researching this software right now.

I can and will shoot your video in HD if you prefer. I have only shot a few videos in HD and the reason being is because it takes up alot of space on the computer plus I don’t have the blu-ray burner. I can give your video to you in HD but it will be in digital form. I can make you a digital copy (which you can view on your computer). The camera’s shoot in 1080i and my new panasonic shoots in 1080p. There will be a $250 extra cost for me to shoot in HD. You can give me a call or email me with any other questions.

Why pay for a videographer?

The wedding day is highly anticipated and it goes by really fast. All the food will be gone, the flowers die, the tuxedos are returned, the dress is put away, the cake is devoured, and you just have pictures and what you remember. When planning a wedding you go through “How much is this going to cost?” Too many couples skip the video but that’s the one thing that allows you to relive that day (unless you don’t want to relive it, like the wedding I did where a bridesmaid passed out on some candles & her mother was freaking out). It’s the one day where you really get to see everyone you love together- your friends & family and all of that is captured on video.

I have thousands of dollars invested in camera equipment and computers to edit on. Some wedding videos can cost you well over $1,000. When I look for someone to do a job for me I look for who’s going to do it well and give me the lowest price. If you want an HD Hollywood video you’re going to have to drop some money (I don’t have a blu-ray burner as of right now). I will capture your wedding well and will give you something you’ll want to watch again at a price that is affordable (just do some research and see what wedding videos cost). I now have 3 cameras that I use to record the ceremony. Ceremony Example

This is the actual ceremony footage from a wedding I did. This shortened edited sample is to show you what the camera angles typically look like and how everything sounds. The sound for this wedding was really good because the sound booth at the church had the capability of digitally recording the ceremony. I was able to take the audio from the cd and just overlay it on the video. I do always mic the groom with a wireless mic so I can pick up the vows being said. I also get shots of the crowd at times during the ceremony so you can see who was there and what was going on (since couples tell me the wedding day is very crazy and it’s all just a blur to them… which is why they have it taped so they can see everything again).

Outdoor Wedding Highlight

This video recaps the whole wedding day to a song chosen by the couple. I wanted to show you how the footage turned out for the ceremony because it was outdoors. If you get the ceremony & reception wedding package you get a highlight video included.

Engagement Video

This is a edited shortened example of a couple telling the story of how they met, what they did on their first date, & how the guy proposed. This is good to show at weddings either before or after (if the place has a video projector of course), or even during the reception. It’s a fast and creative way for you to tell your story to everyone.

Memorial Video

I put this video together for my grandpa when he passed away. I always planned to do a great memorial video for him when the time came. I worked very hard from the day he died because the funeral was only a few days away. The video starts to go into a slideshow and some other footage to a song around the 3:12 mark on this video. I am capable of putting pictures and footage together for you to have something to remember your loved one by.

School Play

This is a short sample of a play I taped for my sister’s school play. I wasn’t at any of the practices to know any of the cues for the cast that would have helped me know where to have the camera ready. It turned out very well.
